I took this image wanting to purvey the feeling that life even though it can seem quite twisted and intractable can still hold immense strength and beauty. These leaves were gifted to me from a friend who knows that I love items with a story to tell. The gentle curves of these beauties dictated the lighting and eventual edit process.
