The Animal Whisperer is a biographical portrait of my daughter, shot in a vibrant Moroccan room filled with animals, flora & fauna. The work illustrates the profound impact of aligning one’s consciousness with the rhythmic pulse of nature. The room mirrors her imagination, vibrantly in bloom capturing the spirit of all living things. As her profound relationship with the animals and nature deepens, we witness the unfolding of a soul’s language. This sparks a broader meditation on how our interactions with the natural world can lead to a more unified and harmonious existence.

Laura Antonia Abbott is a British Fine Art and Conceptual Photographer whose lived experiences across five continents shapes a practice where creativity and intuitive healing meet. Influenced by photographers such as Guy Bourdin, Tim Walker, and Anna Gaskell, and guided by her work as an Usui Reiki Master, Laura crafts surrealist dreamscapes that bridge boundaries between inner worlds and lived reality.
