Oh, what a beauty I was in the prime of my life. I emerged from the plant as a tender bud. Evolved magnificently and strived towards heaven. Proud and upright, I shone in the landscape with my bright, colorful petals. Numerous bees crowded around my nectar and pollen. But as is generally the case with getting older, the splendor and beauty diminishes. The strength diminishes and you quickly hang your head. I am 54 years old and live in Seligenstadt, Hesse. For many years, I worked as a landscape gardener, where I was able to work creatively with nature. Due to tragic events, I can no longer pursue my profession, which gave me time to devote more intensively to photography. Initially, it was primarily while traveling and in nature that I discovered abstract and contemporary photography. With a camera, you can create beautiful, individual works of art; you just have to get involved. This doesn't happen at the push of a button, however; it happens intuitively, based on the situation.
