A dimly lit stairway that leads into darkness.

I am a photographer living in Tokyo. I started my photographic journey in 1997 shooting on an Olympus OM-1 35mm film camera. Over the years I have photographed on various 35mm and medium format film cameras as well as spending a considerable amount of time in the dark room. Although I now shoot mostly on a Digital Leica Q2 I still occasionally shoot film. I have photographed snowscapes in Northern Japan, seascapes in Okinawa, and various landscapes across the US. I now frequently visit the city for night street scenes and architecture.
