Winter in Lofoten Islands, Norway is magnificent. With short days, the golden hour light lasts all day. On a February afternoon, the nordic blues collided with twilight and provided a magical scene. I used intentional camera movement to showcase the harmony, blending the Norwegian Sea blues with the warm palette of the Nordic sunset.
Dan is a photographer based in Chicago, IL. He was born and raised in Glens Falls, NY and graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelors in Business Administration, with majors in Management Science and Marketing. After 33 years, Dan retired from Xerox Corporation, where he held positions in sales, marketing, and leadership, including VP of Sales and Marketing. Dan is an Instructor at Chicago Photography Classes and volunteers with FreshLens Chicago, an organization that provides tuition free photography and life skills programs for under-resourced Chicago youth.
