I have been photographing the kitchens of women. In the kitchen, women's wisdom and feelings are accumulated, and their values are reflected. By photographing kitchens, I would like to make visible the unseen forms of Japanese women. The title is a quote from a poem by the American poet Emily Dickinson. "If I can stop one heart from breaking, I shall not live in vain."
