Kyoto is a popular city both at home and abroad. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a small village appears in the mountains to the north. There, they grow Japan's only indigenous species of chrysanthemum. In summer, the delicate purple flowers with petals bloom en masse. Especially in the morning, they look like fashionable fairies when they are covered with night dew. This photo shows one act of a fairy ball illuminated by the morning sun that seeps out from behind the mountains.
