Last Light On The Eastern Alps

The sun started to set in the opposite direction of this scene where thick clouds were gathering as well. And it created this light and mood hitting these peaks for a short moment.

Born in 1979, I am an amateur photographer living in Switzerland in the surroundings of Zurich. In my spare time and when travelling I take joy in doing photography. Although I generally do not consider myself a very patient person, making pictures is often relaxing and calming and I can easily spend an hour or two in the same spot taking it all in, finding compositions, refining a composition and waiting for the light. I focus on landscape and cityscape photography. For quite some time now I feel myself more and more drawn to landscapes – where I am trying to find my masterpiece shot. ;-)
