Mrs. Nieves offers a delicious chicha beer to her visitors. She is from Maras, a small town in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, located approximately 45 km (28 mi) north of Cusco, in the Cusco Region of Peru. Home-made chicha beer is one of the most genuine examples of ancient Peruvian culture alive today.
