Visual perception forms the basis of how we interpret reality. Our mind plays a significant role in this process. Like a filter, it can overlay what is factually present, mislead, invent even create. Although photography is the most objective way to capture our environment, there are ways to liberate it from its fidelity to truth through mirrors, filters, and other camera manipulations. I use this process as a parable.
