Youtiao is a long, hollow fried dough stick with a crunchy and tough taste. It is one of the traditional Chinese breakfasts. The owner of this small breakfast restaurant in Wuqi District, Taichung City, Taiwan, has been frying dough sticks for over 40 years. A-Biao owner starts working from 3:00 am to 11:00 am every day. He said that youtiao was his lover and fell in love with it daily. Youtiao also showed a delicate and emotional delicacy. So let everyone who comes for breakfast take a bite and rave about it. It also made his family's life worry-free because of the hot selling of fried dough
