THE ROME MARATHON IS A SPORTING EVENT THAT HAS BEEN HELD EVERY YEAR SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURY. THE 42,195 KM ROUTE THROUGH THE HISTORICAL CENTER OF ROME (UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE) THE START IS IN VIA DEI FORI IMPERIALI AND THIS YEAR FOR THE FIRST TIME THE ATHLETES IN THE COMPETITION WERE ACCOMPANIED BY THE "FRECCE TRICOLORI", THE ACROBATIC TRAINING GROUP OF THE ITALIAN MILITARY AIRCRAFT, THE PRIDE OF ITALY. SHOW WITHOUT EQUAL UNFORGETTABLE FOR ME.
