"Blue Tears" is a natural phenomenon in the Matsu Islands, Taiwan. Visitors can witness this spectacular sight along the shore from April to September. It's caused by dinoflagellates that emit a mesmerizing blue glow when disturbed by movement or turbulence in the water, just like a sea of galaxies.
