In The Shade of The Cypress

The ancient limbs of an old cypress tree overlooking the Garda lake could tell many stories that took place in that farmhouse, the efforts of country life, made up of small but sincere satisfactions, from waking up before dawn, to sleepless nights, to caring for livestock. But on this journey we find ourselves faced with the signs of change in our society, our habits, our interests. The work and efforts of the past seem to disappear, worn out by time, covered by the new. Each place loses its original now obsolete destination... but has everything really been lost?
