This photographic series responds to a yearning to seek new spiritual representation and iconography through navigating the landscape of cultural alienation and secular pessimism. These works depict altar-like compositions that attempt to merge and collapse disparate mythologies and cultural ideas from pan-asian and european influences. These sculptural dioramas are digitally sculpted, printed, lit, photographed then digitally manipulated resulting a visual concoction featuring fragmented chimeras of faceless angels, humanoid deities and orchestrated implosions of fractal behemoths.
