The housing renovation market maintains an upward trend, the year 2021 ended with 3.7 million square meters approved for renovation, a rise of 30.2% compared to 2019, which allows us to approach the renovation figures that points out the European Union. This entails the increase in demand for professions related to the sector, masons, plasterers, carpenters, painters, plumbers... This essay shows us the different steps of the rehabilitation of a house located in Magallanes street in Santander (Spain).
