These images are the expression of my experience when I visited deep in the forest. I sensed gap and unevenness there while it was always one immense being at the same time. I think such unevenness is created by the everlasting piles of time in the process of the forest growing. Wet plate collodion was chose to absorb the raw air of the place, and the old petzval lens to express the strong energy that circles around whole space. The image is printed and deconstructed, toned randomly with soil, leaves and branches of the forest, and finally reconstructed to reproduce such phenomenon.
