Housing prices and rental costs have increased significantly amid the frozen economy brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. I feel left out as I do not have sufficient capital or the financial stability to buy a house on my own. In recent years, extensive housing construction has begun all over Daegu. I intend to resist capital inequality by occupying of this redevelopment area, the gemstone mine full of desire for capital.
