Phase One Achromatic Iq4 150 Camera System, 30 Second Exposure Using Frame Averaging

These photographs were created in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I was drawn to the verticality of the many high-rise buildings downtown. These photographs were created with a Phase One IQ4 150MP digital back, which was mounted on my Cambo WRS camera. I used the frame averaging, combining several hundred images into one over a 30 second total exposure time. I shifted the lens upwards during the 30 second exposure, and that created the intentional movement in the scene. This effect was created in camera and not in post-processing.
