One morning, I captured the very moment of my grandma, a 91-year-old woman's hand. The hand guided me from a little girl to a modern Chinese lady, and now it's time for me to take care of her. The sun shone through her hand, like the light of God shining upon us.

Nan Li was born in mainland China. She is fascinated by the pure beauty of light and shadow, and passionate about capturing the healing moments through black and white photography.
