This series of images depicts local coastal landscapes concentrating on the mood and emotional impact of photographs rather than the mere representation of landscape features or landmarks. I have chosen subtlety and mystery as main motifs of the series to show that even something very familiar and ordinary can look very different to a curious eye and that travelling inside one's own perception of the world might be as interesting as travelling around the world.
