Tezutsu Hanabi is a ritual of the Mashiko Gion Festival. Tezutsu hanabi are cylindrical tubes held up in both bands that continually shoot fireworks. Pyrotechnicians are very brave in launching fireworks without regard to the danger. I took a long exposure to show the beauty of the fire sparks, but the pyrotechnician didn't move.
