Summer In A Day

This Summer in a Day image is an expressive record of the landscape atmosphere on a summer day. When I am shooting, I take in not just a single impression but a total one of the landscape. It is not just a fraction of a second I see but several seconds which yields a more complete picture-- an atmospheric experience.

I currently am producing fine art photography in pinhole photography, alternative processes and experimental work. I have taught photography at the university and college levels. I am pleased now to be able to use some of the same photo processes I had taught for many years.
