Twinkle Stars

These twinkling stars are actually PET bottles discarded at the beach. Taiwan is surrounded by sea, and ocean currents will bring garbage from other countries, especially PET bottles are light in weight and easily drift with the flow. Even though the recycling rate of PET bottles in Taiwan is as high as 97%, PET bottles are still the number one waste in coastal areas.
