Water and humans are inevitably connected. According to the theory of evolution, we evolved from the depths of the sea. More than two-thirds of the Earth's surface is covered by oceans, treasure troves of incredible beauty, nourishment and fascination. 'Man and the Sea' is a work about the vulnerability of man and water, its dependence and at the same time a call for environmental protection. The shot was taken in 2024 at the coast of La Manga, which is located on an extraordinary headland that offers both, an inland sea and the Mediterranean Sea.
I love to photograh, to be multi creative, to develop ideas and bring them into form. I love to bring joy, to connect, to help and to entertain. I love the colours of nature, how light influences everything arround us, even under water. I am amazed by clowds, by the mystical mist when the world seems to dissapear and by the smell of the forrest when it just started to rain. My education in art (arts & crafts school Vienna), design (masterdegree in design and product management) and acting (state certificate) influenced my work. I love photographing under water. You become weightless & free.
