Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets. Daihuku, Koshian mochi-Mochi rice cake with red bean paste, Manju-Steamed bean jam bun, Dango-sweet rice dumplings, Yokan-Sweet bean jelly.

Shuichiro Kawasaki is a Fine Art photographer. He has photographed landscape, portrait, architecture, fine art and street photography, and his works has won awards in international competitions. Currently, while he creates abstract works that express the essence of phenomena and human feelings, emotions and inner thoughts, he also works on portrait photography.
