I discovered these images taken in the last ten years (2011-2022) in my photographic archive in Rome. They are images that share my particular mental and aesthetic approach to photography. The Rome of the "great beauty" is crumbling, I see what is happening but I still try in my images to re-propose an aesthetic of the beautiful and pleasant for our eyes, our soul and our city. It's beauty even when we manage to give shape and meaning to things that are ugly in themselves. Art and good photography can improve the world.
