This work reflects the traditional wedding form in modern China. On the day of the wedding, the bridegroom has to pick up the bride in a big red palanquin with a band beating gongs and drums and blowing trumpets, and all kinds of gimmicks are put up along the way, which is novel and interesting and lively.
