Co Chair and Founding Member of The Lucie Awards, the most prestigious award and gala event honoring the Masters of Photography. The Lucies is considered the Academy Awards in the field of Photography.

Head of Judging for the International Photo Awards,  (IPA) world renown photo competition with over 20,000 submissions competing for different titles among them “Photographer of the Year”. She oversees and is responsible for selecting the IPA jurors who are among the most distinguished people in the world’s photo community.

Founding member and Chair of Focus On AIDS, est 1987,  the largest fine art photo auction benefit in the US. FOA has donated millions to AIDS organizations and Founded the only stand alone, AIDS Children’s Hospital in the world, Asha Kirans in Mysore, India.  A safe house for street orphans in Tanzania, as well as other places around the globe.

International Director of Photography for Atedge, an exclusive, invitation only, extensive marketing program for top tier, cutting edge photographers personally selected to participate because of their unique vision.

Susan, along with Hossein Farmani, curated the UN Climate Change exhibit, COP 21 in Paris, Mayors Summit in Mexico City and exhibited currently in Bangkok.

Susan works with galleries worldwide, to promote exceptional talent in photography. She’s a panelist, moderator, photo historian, lecturer.

Photography consultant to non-pro and top professionals alike, in both fine and commercial photography, Susan enjoys editing, paginating, designing and integrating all images into a cohesive presentation to market for commercial work and for fine art galleries.
