Wagashi are traditional Japanese sweets. Daihuku, Koshian mochi-Mochi rice cake with red bean paste, Manju-Steamed bean jam bun, Dango-sweet rice dumplings, Yokan-Sweet bean jelly.

Shuichiro Kawasaki is a Fine Art photographer. He has photographed landscape, portrait, architecture, fine art and street photography, and his works has won awards in international competitions.
