In this project, I experiment with the materiality of the photographic medium, manipulating and distorting landscapes. Through these violent gestures, my intention is to allude to the damage inflicted by human beings on the environment, thereby questioning our relationship with the natural world. In these landscapes that at first glance would seem pristine and immaculate, we then notice their decline, their deterioration; which becomes a wake-up call. My intention is to keep working towards trying to effect change, little by little, in any way I can.
