Time and memory have been something to continually fight for me, as well as for every conscious human being. The time that we count in our memory is not the same as a common clock, our memory tends to save that has marked us in one way or another, even a moment that has happened long ago can be remembered as recent or vice versa, as it happens in dreams, then do we live in a long dream? from which one day we wake up being even wiser and happier? Tempus is the representation of this magnitude as a liquid that makes us muddy and vanishes in our hands and we cannot grasp it.

I’m a Cuban-born, self-taught photographer and visual storyteller based in the United States. I seek through my photos to capture the thought, human fragility, and its nature through surreal representations that are often an open question that makes you look more than once. My greatest passion is telling stories, not only to satisfy myself but to show others a part of themselves, through universal emotions and mysterious metaphors that fill the gap between visible reality and imaginary vision.
