This image belongs to a series of black and white self-portraits that seek to discover the other "Self" and the inside-out concept of the photographic image. Through the technique of self-portrait and post-production I create my own universe of self-contemplation. It is a study of the photographic plasticity of the self-portrait that seeks different forms of self-representation of the "symbolic self" within the image itself, which is where the conflict occurs. This "self" is assumed as a semi-concerted multiplicity of contradictory fictions in order to be outlined or exposed in these works.
