Great blue heron is the largest heron in America, feeding on various insects, amphibians, fish, and small mammals. This blue has developed the ability to catch squirrels. It often waits at the exit of the squirrel's hole for a long time. When the squirrel protrudes, it gives a fatal blow, and then takes the prey to the nearby pond to wash and devour it.
