These images are all from Lake Tyrell in Australia which is one of the many salt lakes in the area of Northern Victoria. These are shallow lakes which deposit salt as they dry out in the searing heat; the salt is coloured pink by algae invasion. Photographed late in the day with an extreme wide angle lens and the use of a heavy neutral density filter the movement of the clouds reflected the amazing shapes and structures in the Lake.
