I shot these photographs earlier this year, on the topic of Gastronomy. First, I went to the Mandi (local vegetable market) and captured how men & women all from different villages, come to sell their fruits and vegetables. I also captured the street vendors just outside the Mandi. Lastly I went to a Gurudwara to capture the beautiful tradition of 'Langar' and the steps of how they manage to continuously prepare such a massive meal, all with a smile on their face. The happiness can be seen on their faces as the food they prepared is almost ready to be served, they now tell jokes and celebrate.
