The portrait was made for the cover of the catalog of a sculpture exhibition, in the photo is represented a woman sitting on a sofa, at her side where she puts her hand there is no one, in the reflection of the mirror there is the person she is missing in the form of a memory. The woman looks towards a window and we can't understand what she is looking at, the photo tries to explain how the absence of someone can become a real form in our present.
