The Disappearance Of Ms. D series [dreams] :::>> [The Disappearance Of Ms. D][ballet dancer] This artwork is part of a series that capture a few stances in motion of an imaginary character Ms. G., by appealing to the viewer’s imagination. The character suffered a series of transformations, through different stages, from appearance to multiplication and finally to total disappearance… in fact a metaphor, for the human condition alluding eventually, the spiritual world.

Alexandru Crisan (b. Bucharest, Romania 1978) is a visual artist specialized in fine art photography. An architect by formal education, his professional career in photography began in 2008 and since then, he has focused on completing and promoting his eclectic art projects. His research on and within photography grasps a unique surreal vision on immateriality, while accentuating different stages of a hyperrealist understanding of reality. Complementary, he accentuates multiple imaginary versions of different worlds that accept contradictory interpretations.
