Insurrection: They Touch One, They Touch Everyone

On the 18th of September 2021, GKN company workers of Campi Bisenzio (Florence) protest against the layoff of 422 workers via email or whatsapp and the closure of the factory. In a country like Italy, where individualism is now unfortunately a constant and workers are increasingly divided, it was impressive to see how the city of Florence actively participated in the protest and closed itself around the workers victims of this abuse. As can be seen from the images, the participation was heterogeneous, lively, cheerful and massive.
