Every year, India celebrates the festival of Dussehra to mark the victory of good over evil. Massive effigies of 'Raavana' are made (an evil figure in Hindu Mythology) accross the country, They are then filled with fireworks and blown at sunset, to celebrate his Defeat by lord Ram. The festival includes cultural performances and light & sound shows prior to the 'Raavana Dahan'. Thousands of people come to see the gigantic effigies burn away while many watch from far away. In Dussehra 2018, I got the chance to capture the (then) tallest Raavana in the world (210ft tall) from a distance of 1KM.
