In Montreal, a small bowl shaped park. Piled up layers of winter. The first attacks of spring, inexorable. Snow turns into water and then into ice. Last burst of a dying winter. Trees drowned in mud. Broken lines, frozen or dancing reflections. Winter will soon be defeated Eternal return

Anne-Claire Vimal du Monteil has been living in Montreal for the past 11 years. She worked in culture and cinema in Paris and then chose to become a high end retoucher and commercial photographer 14 years ago. In 2016, she transitioned to fine art photography and developed her research with different techniques and expressions within the medium.
