In 2023, while experimenting with frozen natural objects and colored ice at home, I noticed that a small piece of ice in a silicone mold completely disappeared, leaving behind only paint molecules and the object. I found that this is due to sublimation, where ice turns directly into vapor without melting. Intrigued, I studied this process, which also occurs in nature, affecting the Earth's climate by altering surface albedo. This led me to create artworks of ice designed to vanish, capturing their fleeting beauty as a reflection on global climate change.
