This shot signifies many of the feelings that Ukrainians have been experiencing in recent years - care for loved ones, hope for a bright future, and faith that light will overcome the creeping darkness of fear and danger.

Oleksandra Mykhailutsa, a still-life photographer from Odesa, Ukraine, is renowned for her creative compositions capturing everyday objects' beauty. Her interest in photography blossomed in her youth, exploring nature's magnificence. Using flowers and food, she crafts captivating scenes. Her use of color and dynamics creates unique, attention-grabbing photos. Levitation scenes defy physics, showcasing her composition and retouching skills. Despite being a family doctor, she's also a mother of two sons, with whom she managed to be refugees in the first years of the war in the country.
