In this image, you can see the bursting corona and gorgeous earthshine combined in one single frame, captured on 04/08/2024. The sun's altitude was quite high across the sky in Maine, US. The photos were taken using a high-resolution camera, a telescope, and an equatorial mount. 17 Stops of HDR data were collected, ranging from exposures of 1/8000s to 8s, to reveal the intricate details of the corona and Earthshine as possible. In addition, I use the software Pixinsight and Photoshop to enhance the structure of the corona.
