Mitja Koetters series Red shows a colorful firework of urban places throughout Berlin Germany. From the Brandenburg Gate via the Philharmonic Hall and the Coca Cola building. These double exposure images carrying cheeky geometry and picture angles. The series Red is made purely analogue without any post-processing. The "redscaled" images are created by back-exposing photographic film.

Already in my youth I asked myself how to capture moments and life. The photograph seemed suitable. I studied German and philosophy to become a teacher. After that, my work in the Formula 1 circus takes me around the globe. Almost too much. To hold it all. But never mind. What did Nietzsche say? "Was That - life? Come on! Once more!"
