I have been working with flowers for many years. Now we are witnessing the awakening of a great people. Flowers have always been a symbol of Ukrainian culture. This project is a revival of the memory of our ancestors, and a sincere gratitude to the Petrykivka painting. Petrykivka painting is called “the art of free people.” A couple of centuries ago people who didn't want to live in captivity fled to the Cossacks in Petrykivka - a village free from lordly enslavement. Creative freedom are embodied in a cheerful decorative art, the patterns are full of joy and boldly saturated with shades.
