A lot is expected from us in this society. More emphasis is on performances and targets. We aim for perfection which is an illusion that keeps us caught in a never-ending cycle of unhappiness and disappointment. Sometimes we realize the truth, perfection doesn’t exist. Withdrawn from the demanding world, reflecting on ourselves and finding out that change is needed to achieve self-compassion. Metamorphosis reminds us to embody the change, to have the ability to accept ourselves for who we are and spread the wings to see the beauty of the world from wider perspective.
