The Color of Feeling

Through four ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) photographs, I explore how color and motion reveal inner states—each image an abstract reflection of a feeling. A burst of blue dissolves like a wave—fleeting, free. Soft yellow glows, suspended in the warmth of drowsiness, a quiet moment before sleep. Pale green lingers in stillness, embodying a gentle emptiness. Delicate purple sways slowly, heavy with melancholy, lingering in the quiet of an unspoken mood.

Shuichiro Kawasaki is a fine art photographer whose work has received widespread recognition in international competitions. At the core of his practice is an exploration of the essence of phenomena, human emotions, and inner thoughts. Through his subjects, he seeks to reveal the essential elements that lie beneath outward appearances.
