It represents a glimpse into the concept of time and in particular into the idea that we experience the "Time" as a timeline of continuous presents. The starting point is that we feel the time like would be no past or future but only a linear sum of ¨presents¨ that we have a momentary perceptual experience over and over again. Many philosophers agree that our perception is restricted to what is present, getting us to the conclusion that we can perceive or experience only what is contained in a momentary present - in 5th century Augustine of Hippo, later Emanuel Kant, Albert Einstein, Jung..

Andrei F?rc??anu is a Romanian photographer based in Barcelona, Spain. He works with black and white analog photography, hand made prints, small size. His work is focus on intimate pictorial photography used as a way of investigate the subtle details of everyday life. Through his minimalist photography, the reduced size of his works, through the fact that the artist transforms the photos to a level of unique and singular object, the observer – in order to understand the message – has to come closer, to study the details, to slow down the rhythm of modern life.
