The bombing of the dragon event in Moaoli ,Taiwan is customarily held on the 15th of the first lunar month(Feb 12 on western).Firecrackers are thrown at the dragon during the event and it does not retreat until its head is burnt black. This year.the addition of a fire dance troupe made the event more exciting. They performed many stunts and for the finale,a real-life fire dragon appeared,capturing the audiences attention.The program ended with the fire dragon surrounding the Taiwan map,resulting in roaring applause from the crowd.
